    Depending on what you would like to do…..it could be a great choice or there may be a different controller out there that better fits your needs.

    Tell us a little more about yourself and what you want to do and we can probably get you some better guidance.

    i will be doing a couple of gigs, and mostly im looking at something good for aggressive mixing that this price range, and something with Traktor,
    I like the s2 for the layout,
    im not really looking for a song to song system,
    Something for fast, hardcore, mixing.

    S2 is a great choice, especially when you want to use Traktor. It’s all plug and play and you dont need other things like to buy extra software(upgrades) or soundcards.

    get the S4 , you’ll want 4 channels eventually, you’ll save money in the long run

    Take a look at S2/S4 and Denon MC6000/30000 those are IMO 4 very good controllers
    I prefer the Denons as they IMO has better quality for the same money in my country.
    Try b4 buy!!

    The s2 hasjust had a massive price cut to 399 euros for feb and march. Little bit tempted at that price.
