    I would suggest checking your audio routing in your software. Not sure what menu it is under in Serato but it sounds to me like that could be a good starting point.
    Other things to check:
    1. Are speakers powered on and inputs in the right plugs? Have made this error before.
    2. Do you have other cables you could try?

    I am sure others will give you much more detail but these things are normally an easy error to make and fix.

    Woohoo! I did a little bit more messing around, and I finally got it to work. All the gains had to be up on the controller, so now I’m super happy. Thanks again!
