    First question: which software are you using?

    I’m using VDJ and I’m quite sure it’s not possible to have more than one beatgrid or a flexible beatgrid during the same song. The only variable you can set is a starting point and the spacing between the beats.

    I’m using serato itch. According to the manual and their website it is possible, you can set beat markers throughout the song which I think in theory means you can alter the spacing either side of those markers independently.

    Found a solution on the serato forum. You have to set the beat marker at the last correct point, not the first incorrect one and then adjust forward. All pretty simple after a little practice.
