    Spend some money on platinum notes, run your tracks through it and presto, never worry abou track gains anymore (well not much anyway). And you get all the other PN advantages and features as well. And its ingrained in your tracks, so regardless of platform they will be all equally loud

    Thanks for the help Dj vintage. I do have platinum notes but I can’t use this software anymore cuz now I VDJ and this software doesn’t recognize mp4s

    You can set PN to export tracks to all major formats

    I’m confused, are we talking about serato or vdj? both serato and vdj have autogain and you have to have your files analyzed on the software first. Even so you still have to do some tweeking with individual tracks. Many djs, including myself, convert their files and set there gain on the files so it can all be the same, though this method doesn’t work sometimes. I imaging that is was Platinum notes are for, there are other software products you can use.

    Hi Dj Emazing, Now I realized my mistake. I should’ve clarified “VDJ”. I meant visual djing when I used that word not Virtual DJ.

    Thanks DJ Vintage, I’ll check again and see if I can change settings to use PN for mp4s.

    and what about match volume in adobe ? if you use wav ? anyone using it ???

    Was struggling with this for a while as I mostly play Old School Hip Hop and some of my tracks I ripped from CDs YEARS ago so some had low volume while others were too high, and playing with the gain during a live set can be tricky. That said, I had great success using MP3Gain. Just added entire folder, set the Target “normal” Volume and ran it. All sorted, all tracks on level volume.
