    The new Serato DJ, comes with the new FX, that people swore it offered more “killer” FX than Traktor http://serato.com/dj/expansion-packs/fx, they came with the basic FX for free or purchased additional FX for some dolla, the way they described the new FX for Serato DJ, it’s pretty exciting for me

    And make no mistake, Traktor is designed mainly for EDM stuff, Serato for you rnb fixing, thus it IS awesome for scratching and stuff

    awesome thank you! I think that’s part of why I’m torn. I mostly dig industrial and glitch so traktor seems like a fit. But I really want the ability to learn how to scratch as well. maybe I’ll get both.

    I DJed industrial for years… I am sworn on Serato… the software you use has nothing to do with genre, it is much more the workflow you choose and I love the ease of use of Serato. Serato and VCI-400 is a perfect match.
