    It has nothing to do with the MP2 being cheap. You simply cannot change the mapping of the certified Serato “main” controller. The mapping is fixed. Serato is looking into it, to possibly allow this in the future, but as of now no mapping can be changed, be it the mixtrack or a DDJ-SX.

    The midi mapping works only with a secondary controller like the LPD8. If you use that it works perfectly fine.

    You can currently map this to a secondary controller. Serato is working to have mapping functionality to the primary controller in a future update.
