I do believe that only the Pro is supported, however you can try with the reguluar Mixtrack if you wish… just head over to http://serato.com/dj-intro and download for free, you’ve got nothing to loose…

No, it only works with the Mixtrack Pro. It won’t work with any controller without a built-in soundcard.
