There’s a setting in Traktor’s options menu to have it start up in the same resolution as your desktop.

Sorted it in the with help from NI support! If anyone is here with the same problem the fix is to go into the properties of the Traktor application then compatibility where you should tick the box labelled “disable display scaling on high DPI settings” and that should fix the issue.
