You do know that you’ll be looking at (at least) bi-monthly replacements, right? If you are very active, more like monthly.
There is plenty of info on setting up Traktor for scratching and I even saw an article recently on how to set up your arm/weight,anti-pitch and such for scratching. The info IS there, might need to look around a bit more (a good place the search option in both these forums and over at the blog/website).
On-topic: We have had a few topics in the past about stylus selection. I’d always go for the ortofon “banana” style ones these days, but I don’t scratch, so not sure if their lighter weight is a potential issue compared to the type you are using.
Stanton 500AL has been a trusty workhorse since forever. Nothing wrong, but not a terribly good cartridge. I know there were 600 and I believe even 800 series back in the day. Not sure about status now. Another trustworthy brand is (was?) Shure.
