    I wasn’t aware such a service existed.

I remember in the old days you had X-Mix, Razormaid, and Ultimix.

Maybe I didn’t term it right…I meant DJ subscription services where the company also remixes the tunes to be “DJ friendly”.

Ultimix still comes out with decent edits. Sometimes they’ll even make edits of club remixes to make them even more DJ-friendly. For mainstream music though, I suggest joining a record pool. The best one I’ve tried is DJ City. You’ll find original tracks with intro/outro/clean/dirty as well as remixes.

    Kewl…keep it coming fellas.

Where would you go for DJ friendly versions of mainstream hits?

For mainstream DJ City is a pool with nice versions of each song. zipDJ has the largest selection of songs I have seen and also dive in genres that many mainstream pools are missing, such as latin, spanish, italo, ibiza house,…. but you have to dig deep to get them as their search function is not the most intuitive (at least for me).
I am not the total fan of X-mix, they tend to “overdo” it sometimes and the original is sometimes barely recognizable and at least my crowds do not like that.
However currently I do a lot of “cutting” songs up myself, I try to get the single with the instrumental and acapella versions and cut them they way I like and mix them together.
