Yeah Terry has one. And I think he has looked at several cases.

What are you using the TM8 with? Traktor, Serato, VDJ, Cross?

I am having the same problem with my Reloop Terminal 8 I have to press hard on right Jogwheel sometimes for a response when scratching or backspin. My left jog wheel is perfectly fine. I am running Serato dj on macbook pro 2.9 Ghz Intel core i7 processor with 8GB Ram. I brought my TM8 on 27/9/14 & I hope the hardware is not faulty!

    Can anyone help me?

    First about the jogs:
Make sure you have updated to the latest firmware version which you can find on reloops website.
Follow the upgrade instructions TO THE LETTER!

If your problem persists then you might have altered the jogwheel sensitivity.
There are 2 things in the manual that you should read:
1st reset the TM8 to factory settings (this will delete any bogus jogwheel settings you made).
If the problem persists then 2nd alter the jogwheel sensitivity following the guide in the manual.
If you do not own the manual or you have lost it, then you can download it on the reloop website and actually they have videos on there on how to setup everything.

    As for cases:
I use a Magma XXL Backpack. There is a similar case from UDG. They are not specifically made for the TM8 but come with additional velcro buffers that you can adjust to make it work with any controller from TM8 up to DDJ-SX.

I’m waiting for my retailer to get the case on the Reloop site…. nice, black, reloop logo…. he said it might be a while yet though…. not sure what to suggest you do in the meantime, except that depending on how you’ll be traveling, such as in a car, you might just re-pack it into it’s box and be OK for a trip or two… Mine’s been in more than one state so far, no case yet…. although until I get a case I’m still using my MTP2 most of the time. For the jogs, let us know if you get that sorted…. best of luck!

I have tried numerous ways of trying to resolve this problem i.e adjust jogwheel sensitivity, factory reset, firmware update but unsuccessful. I believe it is hardware fault or firmware bug. Reloop needs to look into this problem urgently as I think there might be some electric static issue. I have sent my TM8 back to the dealer and awaiting a replacement.
