I know it’s there on iOS version of RekordBox and am pretty sure it’s in the desktop version too. Don’t have access to my setup right now though, so can’t be more specific.

Did you manage to have a further look at this vintage?

Nope … was travelling (BPM Birmingham) and now I am looking at a hard deadline for a presentation.

No promises, but perhaps tomorrow afternoon I’ll have a moment to check it out.

I decided I deserved a break and had a quick look.

Set to single player (left of 4 icons to the left of the master volume slider).
    Load a track
At the far left of the waveform window if you go just outside the window (down), you see CUE/LOOP button. Below it is a button GRID.
    Click the GRID button.
You should now get all the available tools to modify the beatgrid.
The upright white/red stripe in between the left and right arrows in the middle let’s you set a new downbeat. So if your tracks starts on the second beat because the first one is silent, just set the marker at/around the second beat and click the white/read stripe. This should now be your first downbeat.
You can add a cue point to get to the first downbeat easily.

If we are not talking big numbers, you could open a track in Audacity (free) and just trip it down by stripping the silent bit.
