Have you disabled Auto Warp Long Samples in the Preferences? 🙂 If not, go to Preferences -> Record Warp Launch, then click OFF on Auto Warp Long Samples.

You’ll also want to check that the song you’re dropping in begins at the first beat of the first measure of your project, meaning there shouldn’t be any empty space at the beginning of your project. You should hear the first beat of your tune right when you hit the play button in Arrangement 🙂
