    The Novation Twitch is an older controller. So when it came out there was no Serato DJ, there was only Itch. So at that time it was made for Itch.
    Now with the latest updates Serato DJ has integrated support for the Twitch as Itch is no longer being developed.

    So while some stuff (especially the manual) might still say Itch, the currently supported software for the Twitch is Serato DJ.

    Well unless you want to run the older no longer supported software… yes.

    Would Serato DJ cost money if I clicked download on this page ?

    No. The download is always free.
    Upon first start of the software your DJ controller has to be connected to your PC/laptop and turned ON.
    If it is a natively supported controller (like the Twitch) the software will activate after a few seconds and work without payment.
    If you have a controller that is supported but not free (like a Beatmix 2 or Mixtrack Pro) then you get an activation dialogue where you can purchase a license.
