They are in the UK, so it may be related to time zone, they are not a large enough company to have 24 hour customer service.

I am not a mod or anything, so I’m just guessing, but they are very responsive in my personal experience when I’ve had issues.

Go to the main site.
Click on DJ Training Courses
Under the header How To Digital DJ fast, click Find Out More
Scroll down
At the bottom it says “already a member?” Click on “Log in here”
Use the same credentials you use to log in at these forums.
