    You don’t need management unless you’re a big well known DJ that is playing lots of regular sets. Get rid of the management and do it yourself.

    Do your research of bars/clubs you want to play at. Throw together a few demo’s to give away. Go to that place where you want to play and find out who is running the event. Speak to them and ask for a set. Give them a demo. You may want to arrive early in the night while its still quiet so you have time to chat. You may want to butter them up with a few drinks or something.
