Please help me choose a set up QSC, EV, Alto

I think I’d put the Alto’s at the bottom of my list. EV is, depending on the series, a love or hate thing. Trust your ears and all that.

QSC is usually a solid choice.

Mackie is always a brand to consider (I own a few HD-series products) where price and performance have a good balance.

Another avenue to go is to check out the highly portable HK Audio 2.1 systems (check the review on the blog). One sub, two satellites, very compact and with enough umph to do a decent party or wedding.
