    Sorry Stefan, I fear fader replacement is called for. I have never seen this fixed succesfully by putting all the bits and pieces back together.

    It shouldn’t be a big operation and if younger than 2 years (in europenat least) in warranty.

    Do you know what i have to do and i got this deck march 2013?

    This is really sad for me not to have no decks at this moment in time

    I’d go to the store I bought it, tell them it’s broke and you want it fixed asap. They’ll tell you what the RMA procedure is.

    That should work. With some luck it’ll be a pickup service. Otherwise you have to ship it to them yourself. Make sure to get a decent box!

    I’m curious, how did it happen? I have a mixtrack pro 2 myself…

    I recall ellaskins on youtube having a go at breaking a mixtrack pro 2  by doing all kinds of weird things with it. The pitch faders were the only things to break.

    It was stuck not at the top near the top and wouldnt move the only way i could try to get it to move was with force and then it came off

    Still very angry i have no decks atm waiting response from numark
