S2 is a more “serious” controller, ERGO is a great consumer controller.

Judging from the sources of this very blog, I’d go for the S2 too.

Forget both of them and get the new Denon MC3000 !

I’m sure the ERGO does the job, but it looks like something aimed at my 12yr old nephew … go the S2 if you want to be taken more seriously.

Mate I don’t I’m afraid. I’m in Australia and even though we’re closer to Japan we always get stuff 6 months after you so I’ll be waiting for you to tell me all about it when you get your hands on it !!

As I mentioned in the other thread…I couldn’t find an official release date. Denon forums were all just speculation and excitement at this stage. I’ve emailed Denon but havn’t heard back yet. I’ll keep you posted.

I would also look at the vms4 or the vms2 or maybe even some vestax stuff

looking at the ergo it looks all blinged up and aimed at the younger market. i am getting the s2 tomorrow with the swan flytcase for £610, hope the mc 3000 dose not come out soon and make me wish i had waited……

Looks like the MC-3000 isn’t going to offer the connectivity of the 6000. Bit of a disappointment.

Yes I think you made a good choice there. Enjoy & let us know your thoughts on it once you start using it.
