    u ought to tell us more of ur preferences….. what do u usually do in ur mixes – fx, sampling, scratching etc. we can only give u our personal opinion unless u say what do u want from ur controller

    Yes of course , I think most of the time I’m gonna use fx and samples instead of scratching (I will do it just for fooling around , I ll rarely use it in my actual mixes)

    I would go for the Beatmix, solely because it has gain control.
    So when you want more (like performance pad slicing etc.) you can simply add a reloop Neon and do not have to upgrade to a new controller.

    after having the ddj-sb for a week which had so many issues i.e not responding etc.. i took this back and got the mixtrack pro 2 however i have used the beatmix 2 and prefer this over both the ddj-sb and mtp2 might be worth waiting for the mixtrack pro 3 though

    Thanks for stating your opinion guys , I think I’m gonna go with the beatmix 2
