That totally depends on your workflow and what you plan to do performance wise.
The neon does give you extra pads so you can possibly have things like sampler and slicer running simultaneously, so you have extended pad capabilities.
Beside that it also has a lot features that any controller is missing, like sampler loading, flip bank saving, replay capabilities etc. etc. etc. (check out reloops homepage for all the features).
