    I’ve had one about 6 months now. Nice mixer, no problems at all.

    Was almost dead-set on the N4 as an upgrade from my mixtrack pro, but that was before the Novation Twitch…and I decided to go that route. But if the Twitch didn’t exist, i’d be owning an N4 right now! loved all the features about it…except that it is still a mainly plastic piece despite being $500..

    Wow, those controllers are complete opposites. Did you change your style of djing or something?

    Well the N4 to me seemed like a 4-deck re-hash of the mixtrack (not a bad thing at all). I guess – as a mobile dj – the size put me off a bit. The Twitch has some exciting features like the performance pads and fader fx, so i went that route. Also, the twitch is small enough to fit into a laptop bag (something useful when walking to a house party)

    I guess a “standard” jog wheel controller seems like a toy when shrunk down to laptop size, but the Twitch feels like a viable work tool.

    I was actually able to map Jog/fader FX to the N4 as well as 8 hotcues, something the default map is missing!

    way to go, sounds like fun! 🙂 (i always thought of mapping a sort of fader FX to the pitch faders)
