    turn the cue/mix knob, it changes between the cue and the master output. it’s second on the left of the browser knob

    No, unfortunately it’s not that simple. That’s the first thing I went for and still it’s a no-go. I think it’s some kind of software setting that’s off.

    post a screen shot of your sound config screen, or write what your routing options are set at. are you using Pro or LE?

    Finally got it, and it was simple after all. I had the output in the configuration menu set to “Single Output” when I should have had it set to “Headphones.” Now the cueing is working perfectly. Thanks for all your help
