Personally I think 20-30% of the time for scratching is already lot (well for playing out that is, not in your bedroom of course), but that’s my personal opinion 🙂
I don’t know the Numark X5. The DJM-350 doesn’t tick any of my boxes but that is a highly personal choice. You can also look at the Allen&Heath Xone 23 for example or the Denon DN-X500 or (though no longer available a good choice for buying used) the Denon DN-X600.
There is a lot out there adn we are primarily a DIGITAL DJ community as the site name suggests. But lots of us have or have had experience with analogue mixers. So hopefully a few others will chime in.
