Yep, company with a good reputation. Lots of people where happy using them. Would I get something from a gone company knowing driver/upgrade issues might haunt me to the point of not getting my gear to work (properly) with the current version of software and new versions of that software being a roll of the dice? I wouldn’t but it’s your choice and your money.
By the way, don’t apologize for what gear you currently have. Just wow us (and more importantly your crowd) with what you can do with it.

You can totally suck using a 5K Nexus club setup and you can totally rock a Denon MC-2000.
