I would recommend against buying his gear. The Fenders had a reputation to loose strength over time, if they are 20+ then they are on the brink of getting shot even at suggested amp levels. As for the rest of the gear, I would not do it.

Excellent choice. Even one of those can OOMPH pretty hard as they really move a lot of air and EV has an excellent case design reflecting the bass where it should go.

– 3-4 Floor wedges for live music and presumably an amp to power them.
If you want multi purpose I always advise on getting dual purpose active wedges. So you can use them for small parties 20-80 people as your setup or as additional lower volume sound distribution in side rooms at a wedding etc.
I love multi purpose stuff and active wedges cost little more than passive as you do not need as much power in them as your main PA.
