Please search posts about choosing a starter controller. They will have our step approach that will help you make such a decision.

It’s such a personal choice that it is near impossible to advise someone about a particular controller or software.

All I can recommend is to choose the software you like. I don’t know what you are looking for. If I had to choose, personally I like the less gimmicky RB with the 16 performance pads and bigger jogs.
