i used to use only the right deck of the controller as mixer. today when i connected my laptop to itch, even though left and right input faders are down to 0, i still hear a little sound of distorted music of right deck from the speakers on i.f. curve at center position and crossfader on center or on extreme right position. once i have the crossfader all the way on left the music is gone. master is half and also the channel trim.
i tried with a mac and also a windows laptop. exact same problem.
did anyone have had same problem?

sounds like a problem i had a few months ago with my vdj.
I think your problem is that your sound config is not correct for what youre using. your computer may be thinking your config is speakers &headphones. so double-check your sound configuration to make sure that it is accurate to the kind of setup you have at the moment.
I had a similar problem where i had forgotten my headphones and so was running only the PA, but the sound config was still set to phones & pa….so i had to change it to single output to get the cueing and crossfader to work correctly
