HÄÄHH?? I dont really understand the problem exactly! What do You want? If You are play a dj mix wizh a DVS then record Your mix internal with the software…. if You want to record the main output of the ddj sb external , then You have to split the signal ( use a analog mixer for example ) one goes to Your amp/speakers and one into Your computer … the input to the computer has to be routed to Your recording program as input….

Are you using Serato DJ intro? If so, you can’t record inside Serato. You can if you use the full version. But don’t worry, there are lots of free programs that let you record the sound of the computer. Just google for something like “record audio [insert mac or windows here]” and you’ll find something.

Look for one of my replies to another post on the same subject. The answer is, run a stereo RCA to dual stereo RCA adapter cable (there is a link to one to give you an idea in my other reply). Then run an RCA to RCA cable to the speakers and an RCA to mini-jack cable to the PC. Both your speakers and PC input now receive the same signal.

Both Mac and Windows have standard audio recording tools in the OS, so no need to buy something. You could download audacity (free). It will let you record but also edit your recording after you are done.
