    Only your ears will answer that question 🙂 If you can get into the club for a sound check and have a song in different formats WAV and MP3 then play one after the other you can then decide. Also it may be best if you can get someone else play the song so you don’t know which is what. Then once finished put on “Something Good” by Utah Saints and do the moon dance 🙂

    i think the difference can only be heard in certain genres, like deep house, house, or heavy metal. i cant really tell the difference in quality between for example a hip hop wav or mp3, maybe it is just me
    i used all wav format files, but ended up switching to mp3 because traktor handles them faster and better, while wavs take tons of time to load, even if it is already in traktor library (tried this only on windows)

    There are a lot more variables involved with regard to how good music will sound in a club environment than simply the source file format. On a good set of studio reference monitors or headphones you might notice the difference between lossy and lossless formats, on 99% of club sound installations you will not.
