    Awesome I’m down for this if thats cool. I think it’s an awesome way for some of the guys on here to get to know each other, hear what others are playing and just to get our names out. Count me in!

    I’m definitely up for it, I play mainly drum & bass but can also mix dubstep and tech house. Just trying to figure out how to link up virtual DJ and windows laptop, as the instructions on the site are for mac only. (As you can probably tell this is the first time I’ve done this kind of thing)

    Within the article you have a link to an older post they made about how to stream with your dj software so if the info not enough, you will find more info within the same page.
    Trust me it’s easy (on windows it’s even easier) 🙂

    This looks like it could go on for a good 10-12 hours if everyone commits. Is there any places we could do some advertising? Get the word out to as many people as possible!

    @Tony > when you set up the event there an option that give’s you a link to paste in to Facebook and Twitter. People will alos the see the event in the calender on Mixify so they can RSVP.
    So far there’s 4 of us. Those who have asked for the log in details can you go to the site log in and set up your event based on a 1hr time slot for each DJ. You’ll see the our events listed so make your coincide so each on starts straight after the other and use the same logo.

    Don’t forget to post your mix after the event.

    Also remember in an imperfect world practice helps so it doesn’t matter if you’re beginner or a world class DJ let’s just have fun. If it turns out we make a good event and contiue to do so there no reason why we can’t get a featured event. We just need to have a regular events, good music and a crowd
    I’m open to the logo being changed if anyone of you are good with designing or know any good logo designers. I’m also looking for a logo for myself which I don’t mind paying a small fee for.

    Nice one guys, that 4 slots starting at 3pm GMT and finishing at 7pm GMT. There might be more DJ’s to come.

    There’s now a facebook page set up the log in details are the same as Mixify. I’m at work so I’m limited to what I can but feel free to log in and add photo’s etc

    @Tommy > with the current line up of 4 DJ’s the event will finish at 7pm. Ess Jay may be taking a 7-8 slot so the latest finsih will be 9pm.
    Guys, you can upload you mix sets up to 120mb, if you have any productions you can upload them and either set them as free downloads or put a charge. If you are going to charge it would be better you set up a personal account.
