As long as the actual mixes/transitions are ok, it is worth throwing your entire set into audacity and just cut the bad bits out of the recording and replace with the same bit but in a steady tempo from the original tracks.
This won’t work if you were hard on EQ/FX and such of course as the replacement bit will sound different from when you played it in the set.
I have no experience with Mixmeister, it’s not on the top 4-5 big DJ software list and I can only keep up with so much (in a practical manner, I do know OF Mixmeister of course 🙂 ).
