i have discussion on here before if you should have good microphone for guests. I have good mic technique, so can make a lesser microphone at least sound loud with a minimum risk of feedback. Your guests on the other hand usually require instructions prior to use and will most likely forget your instructions before they have spoken a full sentence. If they have a decent mic, at least you have a better chance of cranking up the volume a bit before feedback kills the mood.
I never use my wireless mics behind the decks though.
