    1. Numark iDJ3: has iPod/iPhone dock
    2. Numark Mixdeck: “Universal DJ system” – can also use CDs, has iPod dock
    3. Numark Mixdeck Express (same as Mixdeck but no iPod dock)
    4. Numark Mixdeck Quad (same as Express, but with 4 channels)
    5. Numark MixMeister Control (not sure if it’s still available)

Do I not see an X1 there?

I think the EKS otus might deserve a spot. Midi Fighter pro too maybe.

    @ DJ Max…The X1 doesn’t count because it doesn’t have a mixer section…

I don’t think the X1 satisfies Phil’s Rule #2. Same for the Midi Fighter (Pro).

I understand why the MIDI Fighter wouldn’t satisfy that rule but X1 is made so both transport and mixer controls could be mapped with ease. IMHO it should go on the list, but that’s just my opinion.

I don’t think they could be used well as mixers. The lack of faders would be the biggest issue, preventing fine control over the music, which is a must in a mixer.

I think that the korg nanokontrol is at least as good as the X1. It’s 9 sections mean you have 4 faders, 4 knobs, and 8 buttons per deck, plus a crossfader slider and knob plus two buttons for mixer control.

Just wanted to point out that there is a typo putting the Numark N4 on the same line as the Numark NS6.
At first glance, I thought the Ns6 was missing.
