    Hi! My guess would be that this is a related to one or two things, either the USB drivers for the device itself, or the USB bus on the motherboard – usually also driver related.

    My tip would be to check for updated USB drivers for both the NM3P and the motherboard. Try to upgrade to non-WHQL drivers from AMDs site directly.

    As of a couple of years ago Serato did not support AMD motherboards. Don’t know if that’s still the case…

    AMD Mainboards have a huge problem with USB, this is why Serato and Traktor have problems with it. The integrated chipset introduces a short latency for USB devices, that usually is not a problem, but is when coupled with MIDI over USB.
    Fun side note: Intel had that issue too until the core processors came along and Apple switched to Intel, some assume they got the tech from Apple to mitigate this chipset problems.
    Hence nobody in the music industry uses AMD, as also several DAWs (Ableton, FL Studio,…) have problems with AMD and connected MIDI devices.
