    In Traktor you can set the root directory of your native instruments stuff (collection, mappings, etc), samples directory, remix deck directory, itunes and of course your music collection.

    Check the Serato manual. You can have a backup of your Serato library and then when you start up Serato just import the latest backup. It is just a few clicks.
