I always thought it’d be a lot harder, which is what put me off trying. Then I watched this video and tried the method described.

Great job.

I’ll admit I use sync more now than I used to, but I still like that I can beatmatch by ear simply because in every set there’s always one track that doesn’t match up well and thus you have to go manually.

That’s a pretty good technique, he puts his fader all the way down. So he KNOWS that the song is going faster. All he has to do is just slow it down.
