Each of the sites (or services) you mentioned have an EULA or SLA that is on their respective website that clearly states what you can and cannot do.
iTunes Podcast submission rules clearly state that podcasts using copyright material where you are not the rights owner may be rejected or removed from iTunes listing.
I think things could not be more clear.
Of course like any radio station (even internet radio) or professional podcaster you can always go to a rights management company in your home country and officially license the content for use. This is the one thing that mixcloud already did for you, but most others do not. Else: Yes you are breaking the law (in most countries).
