    Yep, get Mixed in Key. By far the best key detection software (also does BPM and energy levels). Not cheap, but excellent.

    It also let’s you decide where you want to store that information.

    Actually, the pricetag isn’t terrible… but it DOES use Always On DRM. Its accuracy rate is super, though… 95% accuracy rate on key detection. Second best is the free/open source Keyfinder, at 77%, but it does only key, not BPM.

    I mean, it’s the cost of a video game, which puts it into the “consumer level” price range, IMO.

    Thanks for the tips. I found an old old version of it that sort of works, but Im definitely considering getting the full current version because this one is still making mistakes and I dont get BPM, altho songbpm.com and beatport help a lot.

    Get the latest version it really pays off.
