    Can you be a little bit more specific? Do you remember an app name? I mean, I’ve Googled my question many many times and spent hours looking for the right app as you can see by the list I’ve tried. Referring me to the blog isn’t much help, sorry.

    Have you tried the remote apps for whatever piece of DJ software you use? There are remote control apps out there for Traktor, Serato and VDJ – you could then set up and load the samples in your DJ software and use the iPad to trigger them?

    Maybe this can point you in the right direction? Notably the Touch OSC bit (and there is another like app that I don’t remember the name of).

    I use Serato DJ with a DDJ SZ. I haven’t tried their app. I know we can trigger samples with it, but they’re not time stretchable to a specific BPM, correct?

    I thought they were, gotta set master tempo’s and such correctly, but I do believe you can sync them then, anybody?

    I stand corrected. You can adjust the BPM. But that can’t be achieved using the controller and can’t punch in the specific BPM you’re looking for. Maybe this is the solution with TouchOSC… https://maps.djtechtools.com/mappings/1449

    Will have to look into it.

    Other ideas?

    Hi P Effect,

    i do the same as you do, albeit on a NS7ii.
    i use the Serato remote app on an IPad 2 and this works quite ok. You can get the loops sync to your decks, get them as one shot, loop etc etc.

    1 thing i’m wishing to see in 2015 is a hardware controller add-on for the sampler. The Reloop Neon get’s very close, but i would like to have faders for the volumes of each sample…
