    do you mean sound delay as in the sound output is different in the headphones and the master or latency when you do something on the controller has noticeable lag?

    When i do something on my controller there is lag

    make the latency smaller, it is the buffering of the audio probably.

    ok i’ll give it a shot. if in the case this doesn’t work, what should i do?

    don’t know… you will need to contact support I guess… but try the latency first

    a millisecond is one thousandth of a second… but you should contact support, they can access your computer remotely to check the settings.
