The new site sucks, from the design to functionality. I can’t even copy and paste to post my mix, the editor erases my text then marks as spam.

The old forum was better;I never experienced any problems using that site. You guys seem to follow the Yahoo philosophy..”if it works, break it”.

Sorry you’re struggling. The changes were necessary for the further development of the site, as explained in the main post in this section. We are working on improvements over the coming weeks.

Hey Hamza,

I had the same frustration you are experiencing and I dare say I was a power user on the forum.

Phil did a good job of explaining (see indeed the long post he made about the new forum) that some of us indeed did not suffer problems, but a large number of people did. To make things worse a lot of new members never managed to actually sign up. Which is a pity of course.

Been back on the new forum for a bit now and just recently spent some more time here. Although there are many improvements to make (and, like you, I am voicing them to Phil along with people like Terry_42), we all need to have a little patience as things will continue to get better gradually for awhile and then with a major improvement in 2014 move to great!

So, keep the faith.

Feedback is a good thing.  But in my opinion, and I speak for no one that runs this site, there are better ways of presenting feedback.

I hope your opinion changes, but I for one, was unable to even join the forum and harassed Phil via every means possible, so I am delighted with the changes as it means I am now able to contribute.
