    You also can use Audacity to record mixes. It’s a free program.

    I have Audacity but it is not compatible with my current hardware/laptop software combination.

    Not for free, but Cross DJ is an option to check out. It has record capability and (in my opinion) a pretty clutter free interface (you can switch off a lot of stuff on screen that you don’t want/need).

    I was going to suggest Audcity too, but if that won’t work, Audiograbber has a line-in feature.
