Well there are multiple answers to this 🙂
First is you only want to give your music, so basically the finished song.
This can easily be done by services like SoundCloud. If you want to give only to specific people you can make the song “download by invite only” on Soundcloud, so only DJs that you allow will be able to download the song.
Now if you want to have your song remixed by a producing DJ this becomes more complicated.
First you need to find the right person and I would focus on starting with a single DJ and not multiple DJs.
Best is if you find someone who is active for example on our forum and possibly uses the same DAW software you use to master your song (e.g. FL Studio). This makes things less complicated as you can easily send the whole FL Studio project to the remixing DJ and he can work directly from the source material.
To transfer the files it is best to exchange Email Addresses and use a transfer service such as dropbox, onedrive etc.
Now to the rights:
If you donate the music (e.g. just put it on Soundcloud for free) you retain ZERO rights. That was a bust for many people especially for some that ended up as music for viral youtube videos and got ZERO pennies from it. Hence this is why I would not do this.
If you give the music to selected people only and disclaim it as “whitelabel” sample of your work, you retain all rights of the original work, but the DJ has the right to play the song or self made remixes at no license costs. You can still take a hefty hit if he is a radio DJ and has lots of listeners you fall from getting royalties, but it is doubtful such a DJ would play a total newcomer and it might still be worth the publicity.
As for when you enter into a remix with a DJ that is more complicated. If the DJ makes an “official remix” you are both entitled to royalties as it is now your combined work. How much is yours and how much is the DJs is usually held in a contract between composer and remixer. It can vary from 90:10 to 50:50% it is unlikely the DJ gets more than 50% unless the composer is a total nobody and the DJ is David Guetta.
