VDJ Pro comes with an excellent user manual, check out the section “audio routing and volume levels” and it will explain everything to you. You can download the manual from the VDJ site with a registered VDJ Pro key under downloads. (I cannot deep link it sorry, as you need to have the serial of your VDJ Pro assigned to your account.)

Actually i bought a stereo to 2x stereo cable not a stereo to 2x mono. But i ll go for the usb soundcard (8 euros) and start with that. Do you think that it’ll be useful to try to beatmatch, throw the beat right etc if i start doing with my mapped laptop or should i wait when i ll buy a controller?

Starting to try to beatmatch is always a good thing. You get the feel for the music and counting the bars right away and do not rely on sync, especially when sync will fail on some tracks that are not beatgridded correctly.
So yes learning to beatmatch right away is always a good idea and you can get away with decent beyboard mapping. It is not that you need to be spot on right away, being slightly off beat you can still get away with some faster transitions and cover the difference up nicely as a beginner, as long as the first beat is on time.
