    It’s your Traktor audio settings. You need to set the software up correctly. Time to hit the manual!

    I have done that and followed the instructions, set it up the way it is in the manual, but still no joy. Technology…..AAArrrrggghhhh!

    You need to set the audio routing so the monitor and master outputs are different. This assumes you have the correct drivers installed too.

    im having the same problem
    connected the vci-100mkii via usb (also powered via usb)
    in audio settings
    audio driver set to asio vci-100mkii driver
    sound card set to vci-100mk2
    output routing: internal
    master output: L-out0 R-out1
    output monitor: L-out2 R-out3

    rca cable from master output 1 to my computer logitech speakers using a headphone input
    output monitor works fine but not hearing any master output at all.

    did you end up getting it to work?

    In the manual for the VCI 100 MK2 on page 28 If you look at number 28 Mix
    There is a knob in the front of the unit between the 27 master output and 29 monitor level.
    With this knob you can mix the sound from master and the sound from cue.
    Try setting it to either zero or 100% and see if that might be the one making trouble?

    fixed the problem.

    had to use asio4all as the audio driver.
    sound card set to vci-100mk2
    output routing: internal
    master output: DJ controller 1 & 2
    output monitor: DJ controller 3 &4
