The delay is called “Latency’ and there is nothing you can really do about it. as for the what you hear it’s hopefully straight forward too.open traktor. then click file, then audio options. in the new window select output routing. there will hopefully be 4 drop down boxes on the left hand side. for me they are labeled monitor with 3.4 and master 1,2 (Top to bottom) set yours to this, but note I have a different contorller and it may display different to you. either way the cue should be chans 3 and 4 (left audio and right audio) and the master 1 and 2. (also left and right). this should hopefully route the sound to the mixers master output. these numbers can be chopped and changed so play around until it does what you want!
