    I recommend QSC KW 153. You can start off with 1, and then get the second when you can afford it.

    Thanks a lot for your reply but I’m a student and I really don’t have that kind of money at the moment.
    I’m looking for a cheaper option.

    To give you a better idea, right now I’m trying to find cheap sub from GumTree 🙂 something under £100 to go with one of those pair of speakers.

    I think I have made my mind and I am going with the;

    QTX QT15SA 15″ 600W Subs – £95</span>

    Can anyone spot anything wrong with this combo ?

    Apart from this combo not being real studio monitors, they will reproduce sound and let you hear what you play.

    I wouldn’t have said this a few years ago, but I hear the Behringer Eurolive series are pretty decent these days. Both in sound and quality. American Audio has also moved to a decent quality level over the years. If you get (for example) a pair of 10″  tops with one 12″ sub (or 15″ if you can transport it and have the money), you can use the 10″s as monitors when practicing and pick it all up to go on the road and play parties.
