Sorry buddy, this is our turf 🙂 The forum here stands on its own and Phil only provides us with the room for our nice community 😉
So on to your question:
While I have heard of Mixler I am yet unsure if this actually fulfills all legal roles to actually allow you to broadcast. Having the technical ability to do so, does not actually allow you to do so from a music rights perspective. Deep inside their EULA they state that you are liable for what you play, so honestly you can only play your own songs legally if you do not have a radio license.
Most real internet radio stations I know and have worked for usually use some sort of shoutcast service that is either built into some DJ software (such as Traktor or VDJ 8 Pro) or use it via SAM broadcaster which comes with an extensive manual on how to connect it to your software.
In your case the main problem seems to be the software routing VDJ into the virtual output device. To solve this problem go to the VDJ homepage and login with the account that has your VDJ license on file. Then go to the VDJpedia section and you will find a howto “routing to virtual devices” that should explain everything to you. Please note this section is only for registered VDJ users and may not show up unless you are logged in correctly on the website.
