    Hi! Did you read the manual, watch a few tutorials, etc? I’m guessing you’ve already tried hitting the CUE button for the channel you want to listen to..?

    First question: what software?

    Yes I read the manual, I watched the talk through for the product and nothing speaks to how to get the headphones to listen to the deck NOT PLAYING. I only hear through the headphones what’s playing through the speakers and not the other deck. Yes I hit the cue button. I also google searched the internet and got nothing on this subject at all. Then came here. I didn’t think this would be that hard to figure out. Step by step might help.

    @ DJ Vintage the software is Serato DJ (not intro).

    Internal mixer and setting the audio outputs right (one to master, the other to headphone cue). Sorted.

    Unit was damaged and I am returning it.
